Backyard play

Lukas usually likes to play in the frontyard, but today I insisted on the backyard so I could eventually put Natalie down for a nap and still leave him there unattended. Natalie didn't have much of a nap today since I remembered that I forgot her pacy on the way to Bible study. We're trying to limit her pacy use, now that she's finally getting oral stimulation through eating. So we give it to her to sleep, but not much otherwise. Previously, it was (almost) permanently attached her to clothing with a pacy keeper, so I never forgot it.

Here's a pic of them playing under the blanket in the backyard. It's so precious to see Lukas initiating play with Natalie. She loves it...he is her favorite person on earth. The next pic is one that Lukas took of Natalie. It's fun to keep a few of Lukas' photographic efforts...this is one that doesn't have her head chopped off.
