Christina (first pic) still comes to our home once a week, but Caryn (second pic) usually only sees Natalie at the clinic now. Today she came to our home for some make-up hours, which I always welcome!
Natalie's stacking blocks much better now. She is able to put them down gently so the tower doesn't knock over. Just a month ago, she couldn't be convinced to build a tower, because as soon as she stacked two blocks, she wanted to knock

I showed Caryn my trick for getting Natalie to stay on her belly for longer periods of time: read a book to her. Then Caryn showed me how I should use the book to maximize the stretching for Natalie. Caryn says Natalie didn't spend enough time on her belly as a baby to strengthen her back muscles, so we still need to work on a lot more belly time, and by moving the book up to make her reach out to point to a picture or turn a page, Natalie stretches her back muscles more.

So all that crawling around doesnt strengthen the back?????? You would thinkg once they can crawl, the back is strong.
So much to think about!!!!!!!!!!!
