Reading update

I try to work on reading for 10 minutes a day with Lukas, and we usually do another "classroom" kind of thing for a few minutes, like today he showed me all the states he recognizes on the U.S. map: California, Oregon, Nevada, Texas, Iowa, Maine. Then we talked about people we know who live in other states, and where those states are, and where Canada and Mexico are. We're also working on telling time (on a rotary clock) and counting to 100.

Today Lukas did REALLY well with reading , so I had to shoot video of it (this was only the third time he'd read this story). He also wanted me to take a picture of the picture that went with the story he read. The sillier the story, the better he does!
