Which hemisphere are we in?

In case you didn't know, we do live in the Northern Hemisphere, where it's supposed to be winter...ok, the rest of the U.S. is frozen over, but Southern California is warm.  Today was sunny and 80 degrees F (27 C).  We are lamenting the lack of snow in the local mountains now, when Tom has time off, but hope we'll get to go play in the snow some weekend soon.

In the meantime, we made the most of our non-winter weather and rode the train at Irvine Park, played at a new playground, and went for a walk.  Here are some pictures from our day.

Boys do love their trains!

 And so does one girl!

Konrad running to try to catch Lukas on his bike ahead.

Natalie looking cute for Dad...if she gets to see the picture he takes in the screen right away.

Part of the hungry crowd making our way back for lunch after a busy morning.
