...and his name is Lukas. Tom is now the only one healthy in our house. We're praying that everyone is well before Lukas' birthday party this weekend! It seems that we have postponed Lukas' birthday party at least two different years in his short lifetime because of sickness in our family. February is not a good month for us.
In the meantime, Tom is cleaning (the house and the clothing and the bedding) but he doesn't have to cook because all we're eating is crackers or Cheerios and Gatorade or Pedialyte--praise God that he could stay home to take care of us! The kids' brains are fried from TV all morning. But the good news is that there has been no vomit since 1 a.m.
Tomorrow is another day.

I have been very fortunate this season with no sickness. However, these last to posts remind me of when I was little and my mom and 4 kids had the chicken pox. Because she was an adult her case was much worse than ours, but I can still remember my dad trying to make sure everything got done that needed to get done. I pray that you are all well before the weekend.
Yuck. The stomach flu hit our house recently. Except everyone had it. Hope you all feel better soon.
