Quiet

Today we had a quiet morning at home since Natalie's e-stim was rescheduled for this afternoon. Lukas painted (with a paintbrush, this time!) while I did therapy with Natalie (what I call the her homework from her PT and OT). We're working to get her to support herself on her hands and knees, to sit up longer (much improvement here) and to keep her hands turned in (her favorite position is with her arms thrown out at her sides and her hands turned behind her...not a very effective position for moving forward in the world).

Then I fed Natalie by mouth (and tried to keep Lukas at bay) and she did well, even better than Saturday. I think I gave her about 2 ounces in 30 minutes (with an interruption to put Lukas' racetrack together and switch out laundry). Today she was more happy to eat than the last time...hopefully she'll do even better at therapy this afternoon.
