Lukas had a fun time playing outside this morning and then had a huge personality change and tantrum...repeat of Wednesday. He is much improved in the sickness department, but we still need to watch his ears.
Natalie has continued to have high fevers, over 104 (when she's off Tylenol) so I took her back to the pediatrician today. Tuesday, her ears were beautiful and her lungs were clear. Today, one ear is significantly red and her lungs are not as clear, so she'll be starting an antibiotic. If she still has high temps by Monday, we'll take her in again for chest x-rays and urine samples, so we're praying she gets over this hump real soon.
The doctor said she's been seeing this flu all week...high temps for four or five days and lots of coughing. We're doing all the right things with her care and playing it safe...praying that this keeps her out of the hospital.
I've had a low-grade fever off and on (usually when the Advil wears off), and Tom is continuing to feel worse. We're really sick of being sick!
