Diagnosing himself

This morning Lukas said, "I have a runny nose, so I have sickness." I told him that he's been getting over a cold, so he has a little bit of a runny nose, but he's not sick. He said, "So I'm not sick because I have a little runny nose. If I have a big runny nose, I'm sick?" Yep, that's right!
