It's a girl!

....according to Lukas.

Yesterday while we were shopping, Lukas saw a rack of holiday dresses for little girls and said, "Let's get one of these!"

I said, "Hmmm. I don't know. Do you think Natalie will like one?"

Lukas: "Not for Natalie, for the new baby!"

Me: "So you think it's a girl?"

Lukas: "Yes, it's a girl." Hey, Mom, I've only told you for the past four months that it's a girl!

Me: "Well, I'm not convinced that it's a girl." There's no way I would dress a newborn in taffeta, anyway!

Some days, I think it's a girl, and some days I'm sure it's a boy. Somehow, Lukas is certain!
