Birthday party

This weekend we went to Hannah's 4th birthday party and the kids had a blast. We himmed and hawed about whether Natalie would tolerate a face painter, and finally decided that if we got one on her knee, she probably wouldn't rub it off. Sure enough, she proudly displayed the ladybug on her knee when we asked her where her ladybug was.

Natalie (and Lukas!) also really enjoyed the non-operable Jeep at the location. They climbed all over it and had fun taking turns "driving" it. I love the picture of Lukas on the train because his smile is relatively natural, compared to the scrunchy face smile he usually gives.

Konrad had fun smiling at everyone, but as you can see, Konrad smiles so much he gets tired out!
