One thousand and counting

This is the one thousandth post on The Happy Ones. Since we've been doing this "blog thing" for just under two years, that works out to about 500 posts per year or 41.6 posts per month. We never would have thought we would stick with it this long! But we thank all of you for reading and commenting...it's been so much fun to share our lives with you.

If you are reading this post, please comment on it and share where you are from and how long you've been reading (and/or lurking!) :) and what your favorite post has been on The Happy Ones.

We hope you'll keep reading for another thousand or two!

I am Joshua Stingley from Orange, California and I have been reading your blog for about a year. Favorite post- there are many of them. I would probably have to say Natalie's progress and the posts about the siblings together. We are all continuing to pray for you and your family. Thank you for posting blog posts and sharing your family with us.
Soli Deo Gloria.

I have been reading your blog since the beginning of this year. Favorite post? That is a hard one. I love reading all of them. :) But I would have to say seeing pictures of your beautiful kids and reading about them. And while reading your posts, praying for your dear family. :) God bless!

Hi from the Frozen Northwest! And congratulations on reaching one thousand posts!

My favorite post? Maybe 'Asleep'. I've been there once or twice... But truly, I love all of them.

Well, not much to add... I'll go with "what she said!" - Except that K2 forgot to mention that we have been reading since post number ONE :-)

Hi Cindy,

All the way from Victoria, British Columbia, Canada
I've only just discovered your blog about 3 to 4 months ago. How could I pick a favorite???
I just LOVE reading all about your family and following along with what Natalie is doing. I feel connected and am glad that we've become friends. I look forward to meeting you and your family one day. Perhaps on our next trip to Disneyland

Christine

Congratulations o

Ben, Michelle, Austin (6 yrs RTS) and Andrew (2 yrs) from Watertown, NY! I have no idea what my favorite post has been but Lukas's explanation of how plumbing works was hilarious. I even showed it to my sister! I love hearing about the funny things he says!

I'm Helen reading from sunny Sydney, Australia!!!!
I can't remember how long I've been here. It was definately before Natalie started walking. I love seeing her progress. I don't think I have a favourite post. I love them all, especially video ones.

Hi there from sunny Cape Town, South Africa. I can't remember when we started sharing in your journey - it was before Natalie was walking. I have loved following her development, and love you and your husbands sense of humour about life. Will continue following your blog. I don't have a favourite post - I actually scrolled back over previous posts to see if I did have 1 fav, but I think they are all interesting, or funny, or encouraging. Keep writing

Hello from Illinois! I have been reading for ages, I can't remember for how long. My favorite post was Lukas explaining where poop goes, it still makes me giggle! My other favorite was the video of Natalie walking, still makes me tear up!

Thank you for your blog, please keep posting!!!

Hello from cold, snowy Utah. I have been reading since August. I think my favorite post is Natalie laughing as your husband is reading the dinosaur book in German. That post is so cute.
