Staying cool

The discharge instructions after Natalie's surgery say:  "No rough play, no swimming, no contact sports for 2 weeks."  But they also say:  "May bathe.  Dressing will fall off on its own."  That is, if Natalie doesn't pick it off first!

So Natalie is squeaky clean, and probably will be for the foreseeable future, since she can't play in the sandbox or on the playground for two weeks.  And no swimming!  Good thing we got in water play time the day before her surgery (here are the pictures).  And good thing it's cooling off.

Lukas is testing out the Y connection with two hose sprayers.  Natalie just wants to get wet...Lukas keeps getting ME wet (the one with the camera).  And Natalie and Konrad love to say "shark!" "turtle!" "lobster!" "whale!" while showing off the correct species.
