During quiet time today, Lukas put together domino patterns on the floor while Natalie and I read books (she is no longer taking a nap except on rare occasions) and Konrad took a nap.I wanted to capture video of Natalie waking Konrad up from his nap, so I didn't capture video of Lukas with his dominoes. And then, both Natalie and Konrad were converging on his creation and I snapped a quick picture (Natalie was crying in the background to look through the viewfinder...this is becoming a problem!...so I couldn't get a nice video).
And then Konrad crashed the creation, much to Lukas' dismay. It's definitely a teachable moment in how to handle disappointment--for Lukas, something he needs a lot of practice in--and how to respect other people's property--Konrad is just learning about this skill.
