Tendonitis

Yesterday I started feeling a sharp pain in my right hand between my first finger and thumb. Tom thinks it's tendonitis, since he had a sharp pain in his shoulder a month ago that was tendonitis. Today it is worse, so I'm putting warm compresses on it. I feel it every time I pick up Natalie, so I have to come up with another way to pick her up so I can heal.
