We walked!

Today we walked to Walgreens for the first time in A LONG time (the usual clerk who knows us thought we'd moved). Natalie's therapy was pushed to 11 am, so we had time to walk and come back for her nap. Usually, it's almost time for therapy at home by the time I'm ready to go for a walk, so we haven't done it for a while. Whew! I'm not used to walking, and pushing a stroller so far really tired me out...then when I came back, I took the adult benadryl and that sent me to the benadryl fog 2 hours later. I'm still in it, so any typing errors are to be blamed on the drug. I'm not planning to take it again except when I sleep...I cannot function like this! It seems like the last time I had this skin issue, it cleared up with cortisone, so I'm switching to that.

I am going to try to get us out of the house by 7 am for walking as many mornings as possible. If we aren't out of the house by 7, it's too late, and then it gets too hot (for me!)
