Push ups.
Up dog.
Hip stretch.
Side push ups.
Stretch that hip flexor again.
Bounce on the knees.
Oops! You're ok!
Hip flexor again.
Grab your toes.
Push ups.
Repeat.
Repeat.
Repeat.
