Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Wednesday is my favorite day of the week...because we don't go anywhere!  Much less stress all the way around, for the kids and for me.  Here's what the kids did while I was finishing my morning routine, before home school started (this jam session was not as noisy as this day because they were not ALSO singing today):



And since it's St. Patrick's Day, Tom of course got his favorite meal (corned beef and cabbage) and Lukas was very excited to drink green milk.  I also made Irish soda bread and tinted it green, and served green sour cream for the potatoes (the other green element was steamed cabbage).  The kids loved it!  Natalie and Konrad aren't quite sure WHY everything was green, but the food was good so that was enough.
